Written in homage to his friend and rival Bellini, this work by Donizetti captivates with its diversity and intensity and anticipates Verdi's Requiem with the dramatic force of its choral parts. The ONDIF will be conducted by Speranza Scappucci, an Italian conductor with great charisma and infectious energy.
